C. Sukumari is working as an Assistant professor (Mathematics) in Office of Dean Academics at NIFTEM- Thanjavur. She has acquired her graduation in B. Sc (Mathematics), M. Sc (Mathematics) in Jayaraj Annapackiyam College for Women, Periyakulam, Tamil Nadu and M Phil(Mathematics) in Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, Tamilnadu and PhD (Mathematics) in Bharathidasan University, Trichy and Qualified SLET on 2017 conducted by Mother Teresa women’s university, Kodaikanal.

She served as an Assistant Professor in Department of Mathematics, T.U.K Arts college, Karanthai, Thanjavur from 2001 to 2006 and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Academics in Ponnaiyah Ramajayam College of Engineering and Technology, Vallam, Thanjavur from 2006 to 2015.

She had published many research papers in National and International journals. She is handling subjects related to Engineering Mathematics and Statistics for B Tech and M Tech Students. She is a life time member of ISTE.

Her Area of Specialization is Stochastic Processes, Differential Equation and Design of Experiment in Statistics.
